Business Document: From traditional publishing to cross-media digital communication
Created in 1994, Business Document, a subsidiary of the Gfi Informatique Group, is a French software publisher with an international dimension that offers a digital CCM offer – Customer Communication Management – that responds to the challenges of corporate customer communication.
This modular, Responsive Design B2B2C offer, which is easily integrated into business applications, makes it possible to interactively create and customise all outbound cross-media client communications in real time, from traditional communication (paper mail, printing, enveloping, postal delivery, etc.), electronic communication (email, fax, sms, …) to digital communication (web documents, SmartBdoc, touch-sensitive documents, social media, etc.).
With more than 20 years in the CCM market behind it, Business Document provides its customers with its experience and expertise in a rapidly changing field.
Gfi Informatique Software Branch
In September 2015, Business Document joined the Gfi Informatique Group and became a part of the Software Branch of the group, which for more than 30 years has held a strategic and distinctive position as a publisher of business software aimed at: the Public Sector, Health & Social Care, Distribution & Transport, Insurance & Finance as well as innovative solutions in the areas of company mobility, GIS, time & activities, desktop publishing/CCM and cybersecurity.
Ranked in the top 10 French software publishers, Gfi Informatique’s software branch has 1,250 business experts in France and internationally working for more than 5,000 customers.
